The precision vertical axis revolving and traversing rotary tables produced by O.M.R. are designed in compliance with the applicable safety standards and built with a modular principle.
Their components are machined on high technology work centres and tested on a three-dimensional machine before installation, to ensure the quality and reliability of the product.
All components are made of high quality materials with high mechanical performance and strength.
The dimensions of the table plate can reach as much as 4000×4000 mm and 70 ton capacity.
There can be two configurations of mechanical transmission:
(1) screw/crown wheel with rotation on an axial-radial carrier bearing;
(2) crown wheel and preloaded double pinion gear reducer, rotation on a scrape-finished race with forced oil-veil lubrication, semi-hydrostatic or hydrostatic.
Drive takes place by means of a brushless motor. Positioning accuracy is assured by an encoder at the middle of the table.
All models can be tailored to the customer requests.
