Turning department

The light duty turning department consists of: horizontal CNC lathes with work-pieces loader/unloader portal type. This department is devoted to mass production for different industries. Depending on the quantities and types of work-pieces produced, some machinery can operate partially unattended.

The medium-to-heavy duty turning department is equipped with:
– horizontal lathes for processing shaft shapes, fitted with cyclic steady rest for turning shafts of dimensions up to 1100 mm diameter and 6000 mm length;
– vertical lathes for diameters from 500 to 2800 mm.
This department is particularly equipped for processing industrial valves as well as parts for wind power stations and steel-mills. Its fleet of machines is suitable for the most varied spheres of mechanical industry.
